Film fee

One time film fee of $35 to setup custom logo. As long as you do not change the logo, you do not need to pay the film fee again for your reorder.

Shipping fee

Shipping fee has to be paid by customer from zip 90670 to customer's shipping address

Production and Delivery

Time required for custom headband and shipping delivery

Production time

1 week for sample production + customer's review & feedback, 1 week for bulk production. We start sample production after we receive order and full payment

Delivery time

You will receive customized headbands in about 3 weeks (few hundreds pieces of order) *after* order and payment are received

Sales policy for custom order

All custom items are final sales. Once we start total production for custom order, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Custom order can not be returned for refund.
